Rent Ruby is looking for a qualified Investment Advisor and/or Property Manager to serve the San Diego market.
Responsibilities
- Assist property owners with real estate investment decisions
- Marketing to 2nd home property owners
- Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
- Present properties to potential tenants/investors and address questions or concerns
- Generate and manage lists of properties for rent
- Collaborate and network with contractors, home inspectors, attorneys and other external stakeholders
- Supervise real estate leasing agents
- Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices
Skills
- Proven working experience as a real estate associate
- Proven track record of sales or management
- Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
- Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
- Trustworthy and results-driven
- Valid real estate license
